Little Explorers offers hands-on, nature-based learning experiences for children through seasonal based programs. Enrollment is designed to be simple, flexible, and supportive of families.
Program Structure
Programs run in 6–8-week sessions, meeting twice a week for half-day experiences. Each session focuses on one innovator per week, allowing children time to explore stories, build projects, and reflect.
Build Community
Programs currently operate as mobile experiences, meeting at parks, nature reserves, and community spaces. A renovated minibus serves as a mobile maker space where children learn and create the inventions from Hidden in plain sight!
Age Groups & Sessions
Ages 3-5 (preschool and PreK)
6-week sessions
play based, teacher-guided exploration
Focus on fine motor skills, language, independence and curiosity.
(Elementary and Middle)
8-week sessions
Hands-on building, storytelling, and reflection
Encourages planning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
