The Individual Educator License grants a single teacher, homeschool educator, or instructional leader the right to use the Hidden in Plain Sight™ Educator Companion & Curriculum Guide within one classroom setting.

For aligned implementation across one school.

The School License is designed for principals and instructional leaders implementing Hidden in Plain Sight™ across multiple classrooms within a single physical building.

For multi-school and district-wide implementation.

The District License supports coordinated curriculum adoption across multiple schools.

License Scope

The individual License grants authorized use of the Hidden in Plain Sight™ Educator Companion & Curriculum Guide for one person-in one setting.

This license applies to:

• One named educator
• One classroom or learning group
•  One physical teaching site
• This license is non-transferable

License Scope

The School License grants authorized use of the Hidden in Plain Sight™ Educator Companion & Curriculum Guide across all teachers in one approved school.

 This License applies to:

• One physical school building 
• All educators employed within that building
• This license is non-transferable
• District-wide sharing requires a District License.

License Scope

The District License grants authorized use of the Hidden in Plain Sight™ Educator Companion & Curriculum Guide across approved schools within the licensed district.

This license applies to:

•  All schools explicitly covered under the executed district agreement

• All educators employed within those covered schools

• District-level administrators overseeing curriculum implementation

• Internal professional development use

  Not Permitted Under This License

• Sharing digital files with other educators

• Uploading materials to school-wide shared drives

• Distribution across multiple classrooms

• Redistribution to other schools or organizations

• Public posting of curriculum materials online

School-wide use requires a School License.

Multi-building implementation requires a District License.

Licenses grant authorized use of the Educators Companion & Curriculum Guide within the defined scope.

 Not Permitted Under This License

• Distribution of materials to other schools within the district

• Sharing curriculum files with external organizations or partner programs

• Public posting of materials on websites, shared drives, or open-access platforms

• Resale, sublicensing, or commercial redistribution

• Modification and redistribution of materials as original works

• Use outside the licensed physical building

Multi-building or district-wide implementation requires a District License.

Violation of licensing terms may result in revocation of licenses without refund.

This license is limited to:

• The named school district in the executed agreement

• Schools explicitly listed or covered in the contract

• The duration defined in the agreement 

Expansion to additional schools may require contract amendment.

• May not be transferred to another district

• May not be shared with external organizations

• Does not permit resale or sublicensing

All curriculum materials remain the intellectual property of Little Explorers
